Autumn Cocktail Class
Join us Sunday, October 25 for our Autumn Cocktail Class! Spend the afternoon exploring seasonal flavors as you learn to craft a Black Manhattan featuring Rye Whiskey, Walnut Bitters, Angostura Bitters and Averna Amaro; a Smoked Old Fashioned with Bourbon, Maple Syrup, Angostura and Orange Bitters; and a Blood Orange Negroni with Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and Blood Orange. Each cocktail will be complemented by pairings from Chef Lorenzo Reyes, including braised short rib sliders, mushroom tartlets and truffle fries.
