Join us on December 7 from 2:30–4:30 PM for our Brandy Cocktail Class, where you’ll enjoy three handcrafted cocktails: the Southern Sidecar, Winter’s Velvet—a rich blend of brandy and chocolate—and the Fireside Brandy Smash, a cozy winter drink featuring seasonal fruit. Each cocktail is paired with delicious small bites, including mini brie and fig crostini, chocolate-dipped orange peel with spiced nuts, and bacon-wrapped dates filled with blue cheese. For $75, members will craft and enjoy all three signature drinks, savor each pairing, and take home a keepsake menu to remember the experience.
