Join us for Prohibition Classics Cocktail Class!
Long before its present-day revival, the Southern Turf Building was known for spirited evenings of drinks, dining, gambling and bawdy entertainment...until Prohibition brought those revelries to an end. This month, we’re drawing inspiration from that spirited past as we craft three classics: The Last Word with gin, Green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and lime juice; the Sidecar with cognac, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice; and the Revival with gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice. We'll round out the experience with pairings of duck liver mousse crostini, steak tartare bites, and Gruyère gougères.
