Tequila & Sunset Cocktail Class
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon celebrating the vibrant flavors of agave spirits, handcrafted cocktails, and Latin-inspired cuisine. During this hands-on cocktail class, you’ll learn to create three refreshing favorites: Tommy’s Margarita with blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, orange liqueur and orange bitters; Mezcal Negroni featuring mezcal, Campari, sweet Vermouth, Cynar and chocolate bitters; and Paloma made with blanco tequila, fresh lime juice and grape juice, and agave nectar topped with grapefruit soda and bitters. Each cocktail will be paired with chef-curated bites featuring bold Latin flavors, including ceviche tostadas, elote bites, and pork carnitas tacos.
