Join us for our Cocktail Class on Sunday, July 19 at 2:30 PM featuring our Tiki Nights theme, where we’ll dive into tropical rum cocktails and island-inspired bites. Guests will learn how to craft three signature drinks: the classic Mai Tai made with aged rum, orange curaçao, orgeat, and lime juice; the Jungle Bird featuring dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice, and lime; and the Painkiller, a rich blend of dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream. The experience is paired with chef-curated bites including ahi tuna poke spoons, coconut shrimp, and pineapple pork skewers—an immersive afternoon of hands-on cocktail making and vibrant island flavors.
